I have worked with people for over 30 years as educator, coach and therapist. While no one tool can meet everyone's needs, I believe Creative Mindfulness is a way of connecting with what lays beneath the surface of our conscious mind - and it is here that the greatest change work can happen in a gentle and guided way.
